Dear World,
Hello, this is Mike. I have a cause to share with you.
Last night, I was watching the 10 o’clock news and saw a story about a young boy, Seth Petreikis, (4 mos old) who lives in a town near me, Dyer Indiana. I have never met him or the family, I do not even know them, but was moved by the story.
I decided that for my Christmas wish, I was going to help that boy live. I have no major wealth to speak of, so my gift will be drawing awareness to the story.
The boy only has a life expectancy of 1 year. He is 4 months old now and needs 2 months to get the full experimental treatment. There is one place in the United States that does the procedure that is Duke University.
The program is available. The boy qualifies. But, the state of Indiana’s Medicare program will not cover the cost. The estimated cost is 300-500,000. The success rate is 73%, so his odds would be good with the treatment.
Here are links to help familiarize you with the story:

The family has also set up a fund to raise money for the procedure. Contributions can be made at any Citizen's Bank to the Seth B. Petreikis Fund, account number 2847677. Also, the family has set up a fundraising website here, which allows donations through PayPal.
Check out the story. Due your due diligence as you must. But I respectfully request your help in this matter (political, financial, prayers, whatever you deem best) and save Seth’s life.
Please forward this to everyone you know and help create awareness. (twitter, tweet, email, facebook, etc.)
Sincerely,
Michael Kloeckner
Thanks for spreading the word Ray
